Connect Jahez

Jahez is a full channel in the Nasam platform: your products sync, its orders reach you alongside the rest, and you update its prices from the platform.

Activation

Setting up Jahez starts with us, because it needs a dedicated account in the Jahez portal:

1. Reach us on WhatsApp or general@nasam.co, and we prepare a dedicated email for the connection.
2. With that email, create a user in the Jahez portal.
3. In the Nasam platform: «Sales channels», then «Connect channel», then Jahez, and enter the prepared account details. We are with you at every step until your products show up the way they should.

After activation

• Products and orders sync, and you update prices from the platform like any other channel.
• The Jahez warehouse stock is followed directly from Jahez, read-only, since Jahez manages it.
