Connect Noon

Before you start​

  • A JSON credentials file from Noon Partners, holding three fields: project_code, key_id, and private_key.
  • Knowing who ships your noon orders: noon from its warehouses, or you from your own.

Steps​

  1. In Noon Partners open the «API Users» page and press «Add Service Account».
  2. Select all roles when creating it, then download the JSON file.
  3. In the Nasam platform: «Sales Channels», then «Connect Channel», then Noon. Drag the file into the dialog, or press «Select JSON File».
  4. Pick the «Fulfillment Model»:
    • «Marketplace Fulfillment»: noon stores your goods in its warehouses and ships them for you, which noon calls FBN. This is the preselected choice.
    • «Seller Fulfillment»: you ship noon orders yourself from your own warehouse.
  5. Selling more than one brand from a single noon account? Tick «Shared Account».
  6. Press «Connect & Link Products». The platform validates the three fields and connects the account.

With all roles

Create the service account with every role selected. An account missing roles fails to connect.

After connecting​

  • Your products import first, ready within minutes.
  • Then your order history, which can take up to an hour depending on its size.
  • New orders arrive automatically the moment they happen.

If you picked «Marketplace Fulfillment»​

FBN stock is followed directly from noon, read-only, since noon manages it.

If you picked «Seller Fulfillment»​

While connecting, the platform creates a warehouse for you on noon under the brand's name and routes its orders and returns to the Nasam platform. The «Your noon warehouse is ready» dialog then opens, showing the warehouse code.

You finish the rest on noon:

  1. Press «Add location & contact on noon» to open the warehouse's page on noon.
  2. Add the warehouse's location, contact and processing time, and make sure the warehouse is enabled.

No order reaches the warehouse until these are complete. Press «Later» to finish them another time; the platform then takes you to matching your products.

Until the setup is complete, a «Setup unfinished» badge shows in the «Fulfillment» column on the «Sales Channels» page. The platform checks the warehouse daily, and the badge clears once it is complete.

This account's stock comes from your unified balance: the platform sends your quantities to your noon warehouse and updates them on every change.

Common issues​

«Invalid Noon credentials format»: the file is missing one of the three fields. Create it again with all roles and upload it in full.

«The account is connected, but the warehouse wasn't created, so orders can't reach it yet»: the account is connected, and the warehouse was not created on noon. The account shows a «No warehouse» badge on «Sales Channels»; press it to try again. If it keeps failing, reach out and we finish it with you.
