Salla and multiple branches
Salla connects automatically when you install the app, so there is no connect step.
Is your store multi-branch?
Choose the branch whose inventory the platform works with:
- From «Sales channels» open your Salla account options.
- Choose «Inventory Settings».
- Select the branch and save.
After that the platform reads and updates that branch's quantities. Without selecting one, quantities are read from the default branch, and may not match what you actually sell.
